Went in to the Hudson NY store for an exam knowing that I needed readers but also knowing that I had a difference in both eyes that required different strength prescription lenses specific to each eye rather than just standard single strength department store readers. The eye exam was a joke at best and I paid for 2 pair of what I expected were true prescription reading glasses. My surprise when I found out they were no better than 2 very expensive pairs of 250 strength readers when I was temporarily using 150 strength dolla... read more

drove a distance to pick up glasses I was told would be ready. and just to find out that they weren't checked in. even tho I was told 5 hrs ago they would be ready. ugh won't be coming back...
They were terrible, unhelpful and not friendly at all.
I honestly don’t recommend. It’s honestly disappointing how snooty the staff is. I came in to make an appointment and the woman was so snooty. I came in the next day for my appointment which was scheduled @6 and when I arrived @ 6:02 the two women told me the dr had left and I needed to come in 10 minutes earlier. Which nobody told me. So unprofessional, and It’s so unwelcoming there.

service was terrible, workers were rude and i was overcharged. worker and doctor were unfriendly and unhelpful and had horrible attitudes....fast forward 2 weeks... i was given a follow up appointment to get there and be told i had no appointment and the dr couldnt see me. i emailed the district manager 3 times with no response. they have given my child the wrong contacts 3 times.
Quick service and my glasses look great. Wish they had a little more variety of styles though.
