I got the 2 pair for $69 and paid $20 extra for one of them to be sunglasses. I waited for two weeks before getting a call that my glasses were ready. Then the right lens had to be remade because it had the wrong prescription. So I waited over two weeks longer. They called and said my glasses were ready to be picked up but they hadn't even put the corrected lens back in the frames. Called last week since prescription is expired asking of they could/would let me buy a box of contacts during this "hard" time, they said yes and got contacts in the mail yesterday! Y'all are the BEST, thank you again! 💜
they try to upsell and hide packages just to help their commission, the DM is aware of this, but wants them to do it so that way it can improve sales for the store and personal bonus checks.. sad how people can be so shady with a smile on their face.. 🚮

So, went to an America’s Best next to the dentist...I actually got my glasses at another store... they said I’m still a month away from getting another exam. They reminded me I do have insurance to replace my glasses because they are in really bad shape... I asked if they could trying fixing these first... They did an amazing job! I’m completely impressed! Waxahachie’s America’s Best staff was great!
Came in on April 16th. I was assured my new glasses would be in my April 30th. it is now May 2nd and still no glasses. I am rescheduling a planned trip now so that I can wait for the glasses I was assured would be here already. Additionally, I've had two people say they would "personally" call me back on two different days and didn't receive that return phone call. The only positive thing I can say about this place is the staff are actually quite friendly and pleasant to deal with.
