They do a great job with Cova 19 and clean after all customers. Just nice people working there. Tae-Tanisha did a great job and answered all my questions. I will be back!!
Had an appointment today to get more contacts. In the midst of Covid, things went as I thought they would. The appt was smooth, wasnt there for longer than expected. I witnessed staff cleaning between clients. Jason helped me with my glasses and contacts and he was awesome as usual! I definitely recommend them!
Great experience! The staff was very friendly and fun to be around. They answered all my questions and had me in and out in a timely manner. This was my first appointment in YEARS because I don’t like getting exams and everyone was just super helpful and super supportive! They worked well as a team and worked well with both my father and I. Highly recommend and will definitely be keeping my business. Thanks again!

Drove an hour to get to this place, and was told when we called after hitting a bit of traffic that if we don't make it in the 10 minute grace period they would have to reschedule us. Will NEVER come to this place ever again. Thanks America's worst.
Great customer service great prices
My first time getting glasses (age 60), been so disappointing. I wanted them for new job training on the computer. The reader glasses , both lenses keep falling out. The expensive progressive, could not read with them, so sent back. After waiting patiently for weeks for a new pair, I was told they arrived damaged. So for $340.00, I can at least be grateful for my reliable dollar store glasses to use for my new job training period, which is almost finished.
I went here after a terrible experience at the Glen Burnie one. They were basically cleaning up the mess and knew I wasn't going to be spending more money there; nevertheless, they were accommodating and even got me a better deal than I got from Glen Burnie. I would drive the extra distance to go back to them again.
