The sales agents don't know what they are doing. Only knowledgeable one is the manager. She is truly a lovely person. Even the eye technician seemed to be lost. She asked a million times if we wanted a specific test performed on our daughter. We said no, and yet she still performed the test anyway. Completely incompetent. Then I order contacts for my daughter (a 30 day pack) the sales agent only ordered 15 and for one eye, because that makes total sense! Went to Americas best, got my exam, picked my glasses, sat down with someone to discuss the prices and the lady said that because of my prescription it'll be $700 I told her that's unacceptable who spends $700 on eye glasses� so after all of that was said and done I then had to pay $60 for the exam because I didn't purchase any glasses! So if you know you require a certain type of prescription DON'T GO! Such a waste of time and & $60!
