called to ask if they take Medicare or upmc or care credit the person said no on the phone. however their website says they do take care credit and UPMC so which is it?!
I had an appointment today for 4:30 PM at the Boothwyn location. I wanted to see if I could make the appointment earlier though because it’s my dads birthday. He’s was he one who made this appointment for me, not sure why he chose today, but he was tired of my disheveled looking glasses and joked that it was for him as much as it was for me. I've been waiting 3 weeks for my glasses! one pair came in and the other ones are ready.... but waiting to be shipped??? total b.s. when you call and inquire about what's going on. spoke to 3 different employees and got 3 different stories. perfect example of the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing! very disappointed.
this place is a complete scam she gave my RX and never gave me the pupil distance so I could not order my glasses without coming back and tricked me out of having my eyes dilated and properly examined DR LY is a joke
Prices advertised not attainable unless you want garbage glasses. You have to wait over a week to get the glasses. And prescription wasn’t even right so now waiting again for when I’m free for an appointment and will have to wait again for the new glasses. Don’t bother going here it is a huge waste of time and money.
very fast and in expensive... definitely satisfied
My eye exam very through and they have a very large selection of glasses and the opticans were friendly, I would come again.
