Just spoke with a man over the phone that rudely informed me that this statement on their website is absolutely not true and the fact that I was looking at this information on my phone at that exact moment “still did not make it true.” How bizarre is that? If it’s not true, then that false statement should not be on there. My glasses have separated at an internal rod that looks like it wasn’t welded/sealed properly, which seems like poor craftsmanship. The customer service at this place is beyond amazing!!!! From the receptionist to the specialist that helped me pick out glasses...they are all so helpful. I highly recommend this place. 😁

I rarely ever leave reviews unless service is poor. However, this was the best customer service I have EVER received. I showed up early and was taken back immediately. The staff was so friendly and efficient. I got my exam, contacts and glasses ordered, and everything paid for in an hour! The staff wanted to ensure I made it to have lunch with both my children that day, which I did. It meant the world to me, and I will always recommend them over other retail chains!

Not only did I have to make 2 appointments so the eye dr is “happy” with my contacts it took way too long for them to come in on order and after I had to order more contacts not only did they waste my time by making me come up there twice in 4 days for insurance reasons I still didn’t get my contacts ordered because the salesman made a mistake on my insurance. Yes they have good prices yes the store is clean no they do not have a variety of contacts to choose from no they only have one eye doctor which means long waiting tim... read more
These are my glasses I purchased there! Went to put them on and they broke! Had one year! NEVER had any glasses to break in the middle !! Only had nose pieces break and that’s it! They literally broke into and I haven’t sit on them or dropped them either!
