Customer service is a joke. Last time I went in, I was ignored for 10+ minutes while people who came in after me were greeted & helped, I got to the point where I had to be aggressive to check in for an appointment that they ended up incorrectly scheduling for the following week... then would not extend my prescription a week so i could buy glasses elsewhere (with a quick turn around rate) in the meantime, since I have no viable way to see at the moment.... money hungry crooks as far as I am concerned, they'd extend the pres... read more

RecommendedDevan is the reason i keep coming back to this location. Above and beyond customer service. You don't see this type of customer service very often. Always a great experience. The rest of the staff is great as well.
three times and they act like it is my fault I can not see out my glases!! WTF!!! WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!! tired of being treated like crap when I paid 300.00 after what my insurance paid

Two stars for personality. Everyone in the office has a wonderful one. Unfortunately, two tries and my prescription is still wrong. Ive been in glasses and contacts for 30 years. Never had an issue with exam. When I went from 7.0 to 4.25 in one year ~ that should have been a clue. My daughter got contacts the same day and I keep catching her squinting. Going back to old doc. I guess ya get what you pay for~
