I'm usually writing kudos reviews not complaints about places. However, after having to deal with the front desk on two occasions I have to say that we are taking our business elsewhere. Just unprofessional and lacking in plain understanding. This time my husband went and was witness to the unprofessionalism and asked for our records to go elsewhere. Although I think the prices are good and the location is convenient id rather travel then deal with dismissive customer service.
The people writing the reviews are not lying. Staff is horrible.
Ignorant staff and very unprofessional opticians. I'll never come back here again!
