2 yrs ago the honored our insurance & also it took them 3 tries to get my lenses right. The first doctor I believe had no idea what to do with my prescription. My prescription calls for a specific prescription. They have prisms in both lenses. I finally got them right by another Dr who knew what she was doing got them right the first time. Now we went back to them but they didn't take our insurance which is Cigna. Made appointments with Lens Crafters. More later.
The computer system crashed while checking me in. The staff handled the situation BEAUTIFULLY! Everyone made sure every patient was taken care of. Haisha and Charles were absolutely fantastic in making sure everything was done correctly and timely.
I’ve been going here for years. My latest appointment was my last. The lady named Cathy was very unprofessional and has horrible customer service. Will NOT return to this location again. Made America’s Best feel like America’s Worst!!!!
Always get great customer service. I even took my old glasses in that were broke and they fixed them as a complimentary service. Happy customer
This people that work there are moron & racist go to another place they said they don’t accept insurance just to got your cash from you run it’s better place and they are horrible making the glasses I had to go 3 times no any more calling head quarter on them period
