Margared have a very satisfying customer service. She help me with my glasses when it have been stolen. She made sure I was pleased my frame and reentered about the sales of Two pairs.
The service was great! Melina explained the glasses and contact options with great detail.

Melinda, the tech who helped me choose my frames, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It was a great experience overall, and I really appreciated that there was no wait time!
