I attended this location 10 days ago for an eye exam. I inquired getting contacts and was told I needed to take their contact course, and that the manager for this course would call me the next business day. I never received a call. I called back yesterday, which was 9 days, and was told she would call me by the end of the day. Still no call. I called again today, spoke to a very rude employee who then hung up on me. will never go to Schererville store again. It was obvious to me that the girl who took care of me was new. But I was in no hurry so I was all right with the fact that it was taking forever to get checked out. She kept having to ask a coworker what to do. But I've been the new girl before and understood and was patient. I even had to go back into the store after leaving because she had forgotten something on my order. Really great service. Very happy with the staff and my glasses are perfect!
I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was at this store. The staff is amazing and take care of you like you are family! Will definitely return when needed and will recommend to others!
They were able to get me in SAME DAY. I didn't wait long. They explained all charges to me as well as what my insurance covered and what I was responsible for. I appreciate their friendly and thorough service! For someone who always find something to complain about, I sure left a happy customer! Thank you!
