I had a 9:20 appointment scheduled. I have a broken ankle and cant drive. I got to my appointment at 9:20 she checked me in then said I should have been there at 9:05. She said they called me and told me. I only received on text from them it said see you at 9:20. Noone else was there, she was very rude as well.

Do not recommend. We bought glasses for my husband, the first pair was defective so we took them back for new frames. The frames they replaced them with were also defective - or as staff stated "warped" however they refused to correct this. Said they replaced them once but they were replaced with a damaged pair. How is this our fault????? Will not be back and will tell everyone one who will listen how bad they are unless they correct his frames.
Came in to see if I could get my safety glasses fixed and all the brainless chickens working in the store looked at me as if I was speaking gibberish. I'm so glad I spent over $100 for safety glasses that I've only worn for about 2 months and the nose piece is now cutting the side of my nose when I wear them. Utter garbage product, just like the service at this store. 10/10 will not be back ladies. Nice job.

Great service and prices. Everyone was nice and the Dr. Took the time to answer my daughter's questions. Can't wait to see her in her new glasses.
Waited nearly two hours just to be seen. I was told that my glasses would be in within 7-10 days, it took over two weeks to get my glasses.
