this company is the worst to buy from, not even their customer service is decent. if i could rate a 0 star i would.
Everyone was nice and answered all of our questions. But the time we had to wait to my daughter's glasses was EXTREMELY LONG!! And one of the employees was TOO INTERESTED IN GOING TO LUNCH than to help us.
Disappointing service came in on Friday to order new glasses after purchasing the $99 (3) year deal. Waited an hour and half for technician after picking out frames to only find out her prescription had just expired and couldn’t do an appt that day. Now we are back today after making a 4p appt and we are still sitting here after hour and half again and still haven’t made to a technician to order - must have lots of time and patience for the deal - not sure it’s worth it!
Experienced staff and most of all the excellent customer service was extremely excellent
