Worse service anywhere. Customer service is horrible
Receptionist put down our first appointment. When second appointment did not work around my work schedule, they would not work with me. They never cared it was their mistake. Also caught receptionist in a lie today. Can not trust them.
First off I rarely write negative reviews as I own a a customer service oriented business and understand that sometimes differences are a matter of pespective , but my experience here was so egregious I feel it necessary. We went to our local America’s Best in St. Joseph, MO today to see about replacing my husband’s glasses that broke. After we got new ones for him I asked for copies of our prescriptions. The lady started looking them up and said they’re expired and one of the other employees commented she wasn’t sure if the doctor would even sign expired ones. the quality of your glasses. My husband went to your store for glasses, the first pair broke. the second pair lost a nose piece now both screws fell out of the lens.
