The doctor himself was great, but the people up front should be embarrassed by their lack of organization and professionalism. Maybe they were understaffed but one girl couldn’t contain her irritation for the calls coming in. In other words, she made it abundantly clear that she was highly annoyed with doing her job, helping customers.
Friendly people that put your eye care first
We had appointments scheduled for 9:20 & 9:40 today. We realized the weather might cause an issue so we tried contacting America’s Best in advance with no luck. Then, about an hour before, we both received text reminders of our appointment. We arrived for our appointments only to find the location was closed. With today’s technology it’s ridiculous that we weren’t notified of the closure. At the very least, an answering machine or answering service for the location would have been sufficient.
