The girl who helped me and my daughter was very helpful , played around with the price due to our prescription . She was very helpful
I have recorded our story on Consumer Affairs reviews, sent letter to Better Business Bureau and am contacting any other avenues I can find to tell how we were treated. They misdiagnosed my husband, gave him glasses he didn't need and refused to refund - only to replace glasses he doesn't need. We are on a very fixed income since he had a stroke and really could use the money, but I guess they need it more.
