I recommend this location. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is nice as well. Dr. Patel is super awesome. I would recommend anyone of my friends and family to go see her. She goes over your exams very throughly. I give this location a 5 star..
The pre exam person and the Dr were thorough and great. The customer service skills and oranization here are lacking greatly and they completely overbook to the point they cannot provide adequate care to their customers. I left after my exam and will be going to their Schaumburg store for a lot better treatment.

Jo......... ( nickname) was very helpful ,friendly , and efficient with those fun testing machines... The Dr. was friendly and explained things very well and answered any questions patiently.. But they saved the BEST for the last step of the process, choosing frames.. The gal named Flor is a Saint to be so patient with particular, fastidious,and picky me. Just left my appointment at the Elgin location and all i can say is what an amazing staff ! The ladies were so incredibly friendly and extremely helpful!!! Janet was amazing ! I will definitely recommend this location on the amazing staff alone ! Thank you ladies for helping w my contact and glasses needs !!!

I did not purchase the glasses because the frame selection was poor the service was poor and it's like buying a new car everything cost extra it's ridiculous.
