Terrible. If you have 3- 4hours of your day by all means go ahead. Absolutely ridiculous that anyone should have to go through that for one visit. Management should think about re staffing with people that are fast and efficient.
Good customer service in purchasing the glasses, but the special price is not for people with real vision problems. Graduated lenses (think bifocal without lines) increase the cost by $200, and a warrantee adds cost, too. Additionally, the person at the front desk read personal information *to* me to verify my identity, not asking *me* to provide the personal info. This is a good place if you have a single vision problem and expect to toss the glasses after a year.

Took my 10 year daughter in today. Umar was amazing. He made her feel at ease and joked with her during her testing so she would relax during the air puff part. Dr Crofoot is truly amazing. He takes the time to explain and point out things that other Dr’s would run right thru.
Always helpful and friendly! Would go back again!!
