I WILL NEVER recommend this place! A friend of mine has Legitimate health reasons as to why she CANT ware a mask and they refused to do her eye exam even though she cannot drive without her glasses! They told her that she should have brought medical documentation as to why she couldn’t wear a mask!!!!! had she known that she would’ve needed that documentation she would’ve had it for her appointment today. I do not recommend this facility. I spent over $600.00 and my glasses are unusable. My old glasses Fromm Costco are far superior.
RecommendedAfter the (extremely harsh) reviews, I set my expectations low, but I had such a pleasant experience! Everyone was super friendly and professional. I was seen promptly at my appointment time, the doctor was great, and I was out the door with two new pairs of glasses chosen within 30 minutes! Two complete pairs and eye exam for $70!
Less than 10 minutes for an exam no wonder the prescription was wrong. Than they couldn’t refund my money because they didn’t have it. Also 2 for $69 became 2 for $255 (still haven’t figured that out) terrible place. Don’t go
They are very unprofessional and didn’t even make sure my gasses fit right.
These guys are not very friendly. My daughter had an apt and drove an hour to get there just for them to tell her they couldn’t see her because she was 16 even with me on the phone saying it was ok. They told me when I made the appointment I didn’t need to be there so thanks a lot for wasting a day and our gas for nothing never going here again. The girls were also rude.....
Do not go here. Worst experience I have ever had at an eyeglass place. Can’t even begin to explain how much I wish I would have gone anywhere else. Doctor was uncaring and just plane awful.
