I ordered 2 pairs of eye glasses June 13th 2020. The first pair came in about a week and a half later. I was told at the time I placed my order that it would take 7-10 days.I kept calling to find out where the other pair was. I kept getting different answers with each call. For instance...it could take over 2 weeks. Your glasses are not here yet, we only get an delivery every other day....which is not true. I called every day. RecommendedI've been with America's Best for a number of years now. I needed contacts this time around & it's in & out & I've got a pair of contacts for my busy life at work...
I at first gave America's Best a 1 star rating but changed it to a 5 star after Fiona and her staff were able to fix a problem caused by just one staff member. Its true, one bad apple doesn't spoil the whole bunch! I was shown the type of service you can expect from America's Best and will continue to go there for my eye care. I came back and dropped a star due to the length of time it takes to actually get your items after their great servicee. One week out from my THIRD visit and I am still waiting for contacts!
I had an amazing experience working with Fiona. We had an emergency because I shattered my glasses during an epileptic seizure and we were low on funds to replace them. She really took time to go over every possible option and really explained everything well. The eye Dr even looked at my eye for free to make sure it wasn't permanently damaged in the fall. And then a blessing happened, someone over heard my plight and paid for my glasses!!!! I am so grateful for my experience!
They lost all of our files. The only suggestion they had was for us to pay to have everything redone prior to losing our files they had all our prescriptions mixed up and put each other’s prescriptions in different frames. Nevertheless, those of us that got glasses it took well over a month, and even if we wanted to go back for the price ( which I feel was the only good thing) we wouldn’t. Our prescriptions we have at home are the only proof we were even there.
Staff was very rude to each other. Walked in no greetings. Waited forever.
