Had an appointments schedualed and they "claimed to have called us" but didn't and denyed us from have a simple eye exam. Then they attempted to pick another date but we are busy for the rest of Spring. It's really hard to take off work for nothing. Then I noticed that a few other people walked in and then had to walk out since the "Docters out". Thanks America's "Worst"
I have been here a few times and really enjoyed the service and the glasses. This time wasn't so enjoyable. The staff was friendly as usual but we had to wait a very long time. Our appts were at 2:10 and 2:20 . We got there at 1:30 so we would have time to pick out glasses before our exam. We did'nt leave until 4:15. The were very busy. Not sure how they got so far behind, but it did not make a pleasant experience waiting. The price is still right tho.
