My exam went well. Wait time was minimal. Tests were clearly explained and completed quickly and professionally. The wait time to see the optometrist was just a few minutes and I was in with her. The doctor was very attentive and helped me decide on what contacts and glasses would be best for my lifestyle. My first time here today was a well worth visit! One of the employees named Amy gave me a warm welcome and took the time to help me choose the frames that I felt confident in. Her thoroughness and care helped me finalize my decision and I got a great deal for my one pair! I only called to check the status of my order & was greeted by a young woman named Elizabeth, who provided me with some of the most exceptional service I've received from ANY establishment. She was throurough, effecient, & straight to rhe point. Qualities that you dont come across too often anymore. America's Best is lucky to have such an exemplary employee like Miss Elizabeth.
