Amy was so patient, honest, and non-judgmental with me as I was trying on glasses. She was attentive, and really took the time to find out the style I was looking for. I highly recommend going to see Amy if you need new frames. Also, Elizabeth, the optometry tech was great! She was upbeat, knowledgeable, thorough, and very efficient. I only gave 4 stars because, The Dr who was working today rushed my exam, and didn’t give me the time or opportunity to ask questions. I do not recommend going here at all. First of all the optometrist was extremely rude during our appointment. Second, they broke our $200 pair of frames and claimed it was a "1 in 1000" chance of this happening. The workers and the general manager did not even seem remorseful or sympathetic over the issue. They did give us a refund, which I appreciated however after the awful experience and terrible excuses and customer service we will not be returning here again. Let me start off first by saying I've been going to America's Best for a long time but a this location the service is terrible they hang up on you we've been in there three times it's been about a month since we went in for our first visit for contacts for my wife and we still don't have a prescription or the contacts. We call in to see what they can do and we get hung up on. The manager's is rude. I would not recommend going to this location. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. I went in this Saturday morning and they were busy, however staff took the time to greet and welcome me and everyone who was also coming in. I came in because my glasses had broken and the manager on site still took the time to fix my glasses. He honestly had the best attitude, truly grateful for his service. I will definitely be coming here for all my future purchase.
