I have been buying my glasses here fo 5 years, the first 2 years were spectacular and then all down hill from there, the manager of the eyeglasses department is very rude to me every time I speak with her about my warranty, I can not believe people have not complained before me. She yells at me and has an attitude every time, to the point I had to call corporate and they finally said yes they have to honor my warranty if my prescription is up to date, well I brought in my prescription and waited over an hour to speak with so... read more

The doctor was very professional and polite, the staff were also customer friendly and polite.
The wait time to see the doctor was 1 hour and 30 minutes despite having an appointment, however the doctor was very professional and caring.
They run behind on appointments.... hello that is why there are appointments... they need to keep moving things along. Over 1 hour is ridiculous!!! If I ran my business this way I would be out of business. Employees are nice though
First time me and my bf came for his appt today and waited almost 2hrs for him to be seen... I get it that places get busy n swamped but a decent of coming back to let everyone now sorry for the wait etc would of been nice... not a good vibe for first experience.. on other note place is nice and clean on inside
Yes appointments run like an hour behind schedule , that sucks! But you can’t beat the price and the frame choices are nice and stylish . The eye doctor was great :)
This place is horrible. Zero customer service, no acknowledgement of your appointment time. Is it were possible to give this place a negative number, the’d receive it. Be warned, and take your business elsewhere.
