I cannot rate with even one STAR but had to select something ! My husband has an appt today at 10:15 am I arrived (10:13) and said who I was and that my husband was on his way but I wanted to look at frames. The young man and the desk rudely stated “ well it is now his appt time and since he himself isn’t here we will have to reschedule him. I was amazed at the words coming out of his mouth.
