Customer service is awful at this location! My husband has had to make multiple phone calls, placed on 30min holds just to speak with someone to get my daughters pair of contacts ordered! Confusion on the prescriptions by the office staff. Clueless. They do not know what they are doing in this office. The Dr. was great, we had no issues with him. I went to the store near my house for a eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses. they advertised 2 pairs and a eye exam for $69.99. it cost me $127.00 which I had no problem but when I went to pick up my 2 pairs of glasses there was one. I was told only one was ordered. I called the corporate office all I got was I will have the store manager call you. when she called again I was told their employee put it in wrong and it was going to cost me another $20.00. Worst customer service! Can't find file or contacts. Took over a month to receive son's glasses. Almost 2 months and contacts still not in. Will use Dickinson location from now on.
