they lost my glasses bring them in for repair August 25th it is now September 19th and nobody thought to call me that my glasses weren't in the system that they can't find them anywhere that's bull and the lady I was talking to was rude a'f never again will I go there!
Let me say that manager Jasmine and her staff are fantastic. I was in on Wednesday and not only did they help me with the pros and cons of different glasses frames they gave me such a great deal that help me afford the glasses that I totally fell in love with! Thank you Jasmine!
Was just there and I had a great experience! Brenda was a rockstar and Alondra helped me pick out some beautiful frames! Best glasses experience ever!!
The people were Really nice ,and the doctor who did my exam was very patient and explained everything to me ,the only thing I wish they had a bigger selection of glasses.
I will be returning to Pearl vision these people are very unprofessional.
I was very disappointed in the last time I went to go visit . I had made an appointment for 9:40 and I was told that they didn't have me down until 10:45 . I had to wait for everyone else to get looked at before they called my name .
