They either need more help at that store or when they put you on hold for 15+ minutes they are taking a snack break. Been almost 3 weeks since they ordered my sons glasses, every time I call, it’s followed with a lengthy hold time and then “ they haven’t received our order yet”. We are taking our business to a real eye doctor, I’m really disappointed and still no eye glasses that have already been paid for.

Best deal I got here 🤓🤓🤓. Very friendly staff I highly recommend it.
The doctor was nice and the staff was nice, however This place was filthy and I mean filthy
The Bolingbrook location is miles above in customer service then the Joliet location. Even though they were busy the girls worked hard to move things along at a fast pace: I expected such a long wait and was pleasantly surprised. And best of all they were nice enough to give me a pair of toric lenses till my new ones come in. Very happy with this location! Thanks for the great treatment.
