Great eye doctor and very friendly and helpful staff.
Terrible customer service. Manager is rude. Ordered lenses three weeks ago and no one follows up on orders so here I am with no lenses and they have to reorder. I called a week ago and was told a delivery was expected on Monday but NO ONE FOLLOWS UP ON ORDERS. When I asked to speak to a manager was told to sit and wait for the manager who was having a conversation but not placing or taking an order. It took me getting angry for them to tell me there are two managers. Very rude staff! Incompetence from top to bottom!
Bought my son glasses before school started i have had to have them repaired numerous times since including getting a whole new pair. Now the arm on his glasses is bent and they say the $100 insurance i paid for only covers one repair in a year . Scam arrests run and go elsewhere. The tech is rude and nasty go somewhere that will appreciate your business and respect you and not just be after your money.
Seriously, always the worst experience. The place is like a day care. The employees, at least most are incompetent.
