I've had ENOUGH! The way they do business with my husband is INSANE! Whenever I order contacts, I get a phone call when they arrive at the store. In the roughly 4 years that my husband has purchased contacts there, they've NEVER ONCE called. I tell them EVERY TIME that we never get the call and they always assure me that I either missed the call or I'll get the call next time. It never happens. I ordered glasses on a prescription not from them that I had, and after a week I realized I was having issues with my glasses. I went in and the general manager scheduled an eye exam for me to check my prescription, and it had indeed changed. She changed my lenses at no cost to me under the 30 day policy, and I only had to pay for the exam. I believe that was going above and beyond customer service and I am extremely thankful to her and her entire team. -C

I will never go here again and will not recommend them to anyone. Bad service, they made mistakes on my eye exam, lenses, and frame. I just drove 45 minutes today to pick up my glasses that was reordered and when I got there they didn't add the transition on the lens. waste of my gasoline, and time. smh..

I also had a great experience. The doctor was excellent and she was very timely. I think I even got in early. She was professional and gave me great information to help me make a good decision about glasses and contacts. The technician that helped me choose frames did such a good job, I decided on two of her choices. She helped me find attractive frames that were the size the doctor suggested. Everyone was nice and friendly. I am looking forward to getting my glasses and would recommend this location to others.

I had an awesome experience here today. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Every single employee was professional, polite, and FRIENDLY which is a huge compliment to get the whole team on the same page. Desaray was soooo nice, helpful, and so very sweet and friendly. When you schedule an appointment for a certain time and your still sitting in the waiting room 30 min later....yep that was my experience.
