I had an appointment the week of everything closing down due to COVID (back in March), they called me and said they would have to cancel because they were closing but assured me I would be on the “list” to be contacted first when they opened back up. When i saw that they were open I called this location to make an appointment and was told to do it online. I make the appointment online for 08/01/2020 back on July 18th. Ordered glasses for my trip they said they would be in before I left. I called they said they did not come in. Then they called 30 minutes before they closed stating my classes did come in and said oh and by the way we are closed tomorrow... seriously I could not get there that quick and now I do not have them for my trip. Thanks a lot. Also there last order comes in at 3pm. They called at 6:30pm and they close at 7pm. Beyond pissed

I usually don't post about negative experiences with business but I feel this is important as it has affected my safety for the past year. Let me explain. About a year ago I got an eye exam at Americas Best Contacts. Local in Avon. I put my trust in them. However a year later I found they had completely messed up my eye glass prescription so for the last year I have been wearing improperly prescribed eyewear. Put on hold forever can’t even make an appointment! Called back and the lady laughed at me when I told her I was on hold forever and said she was trying???!!! WTH?! Aweful way to conduct business!!! Lost a customer!!!!
