I went to spend some money on 3 pairs of glasses but was turned away because they didn't like my mask... ill just go to Bard then. lost a customer
RecommendedI've been going to you guys for years. last time I was there you went above and beyond by sending my headphones that I dropped back to me through the mail. It took a few months but I was completely unaware and so taken back that you knew they were mine

The staff here is so friendly and amazing. Although, I'm thankful my sweet boy didn't need glasses, they offered a coupon for a FREE exam and even had said had he needed glasses they could give us another coupon for FREE GLASSES!! We walked out of there paying nothing for his exam. I will be going there for my blind self and ALL of my contacts and glasses! They were beyond helpful and friendly.
Grant helped us. super helpful, super friendly. great prices on two pairs for my daughter. highly recommend. all the staff friendly and greeted us . I'll be back soon for myself!
The staff is very friendly and willing to help. 8 months ago we took my son to a place that did not fill the correct script. Even after my son said they were wrong, he's been wearing glasses for 5 years, they refused to fix them. So knowing the problems we had with the other place, they double checked everything to make sure they were correct. We picked up the glasses today and he loves them and he can actually see. Horrible customer service! The staff lead me here under the assumption they accepted my insurance, didn't find out until after the exam they didn't so I paid for my glasses/contact exam and left. Fine no big deal must have been a mix up. So 2 weeks later I go to use the prescription to get contacts and no prescription, call and they refuse to provide it because I didn't at least get sample contacts from them.
