Most definitely was NOT satisfied. Will not recommend this branch to anyone. The manager was not helpful and was unable and unwilling to do anything to correct the issues with my order. Knowing I was unhappy and said I wanted to call customer service she did nothing to try to resolve this problem at the location. A very unpleasant experience . Sorry to say she is definitely not management material. THE RECEPTIONIST DEE WAS GREAT. She was the best thing about the store . However the branch on BATTLEFIELD BLVD IS AWSOME. HIGHL... read more
I had an appointment at 250pm that I was not called back for by Dr. Julie Rybarczyk (who didn't introduce herself) until 313 pm because she was on lunch. It's not okay at all to keep a client waiting while you stuff your face. Her attitude was not friendly which I am not shocked because the last doctor I saw was also not friendly. Seems to be a constant negative for this office to allow doctors to be below standard. Customer service is important from the front desk staff to the doctor working that day.
