The experience was great until,one of the technicians was getting frustrated with my 7 year old son who’s has adhd and have other disabilities!!! She asked the receptionist with an attitude could she give my son something to color as if him talking an being excited over his glasses was getting on her nerves!!! Great eye exam and a wide selection of frames.
Celeste isn’t that great at her job... I walked around with an extra .25 contact in for weeks and isn’t helpful to fixing it! I paid out of pocket because my insurance isn’t accepted and had no problem with that!! GIVE ME WHAT I DESERVE!! A pair of contacts that I feel comfortable in!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE AMERICAS BEST, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT SINCE APRIL AND EVERYTIME I GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE DR. QUITS OR THEY JUST CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT. I PAID FOR THE 3 YEAR FOR $99 AND I CAN'T EVEN GET IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTMENT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They should have a 0 rating cause this all I would give them. This is the worst place to deal with. The employees they have working there must not know what they are doing. When I called about my son's contacts they told me his prescription was out but when I called a few months ago they told me he was good until July. Well when I called today they said he couldn't get any he needed a new exam. Well if the associated had told me when I called before we could of made an appointment. What unorganized workers.
