Recommendedchecking in and exam took like 10 minutes. they took the time to fit frames to my face to get accurate measurements for my order. I have no complaints.

I was very impressed by the staff. not only were they able to get me in that day (and if they couldn't that wouldn't have been their fault if they were booked). The manager Jamie (I believe) was very helpful on the phone and couldn't get my aon scheduled so she blocked the time off and when we got there the girl at the desk got it taken care of. They were very patient with him (I'm sure he was scared) and very helpful. They didn't take his insurance but even still so walked out with 2 pair polycarbonate lenses warranty on bo... read more
The most amazing and friendly staff.
Called to order contacts, was told they would be ready when I came in. I go to pick them up was told my prescription was expired and could not get any contacts. I need to schedule an appointment ... Really waste my time!!!!! Like they didn’t see that when I called earlier.
I was able to walk in and make an appointment for that day. As I walked around and checked out their frames, I was offered great advice and friendly service. The doctor was friendly, professional, and attentive. Overall it was a great experience!
I think that waiting half an hour+ to have glasses adjusted because you didn't do it right the first time is ridiculous.
The staff was more than willing to change my appointment on three occasions. This is the third optometry I have visited but the first time I was told I have an astigmatism. With a corrected prescription, my headaches are gone! The $162 for two pairs of glasses was a great deal; this included the eye exam as well! From beginning to end, I will definitely visit America's Best for my eye care needs in the future.
I was so looking forward to being able to read.... to be able to pick up a book and see the words... to hold a newspaper and actually READ IT.. not look at the pictures and assume the captions... to be able to ready my text on my phone without the seven people behind me reading it as well.
