I was asked to leave my appointment because I had my 5 yr old son with me. We both had masks on. The front waiting area was empty. The confirmation email wording does NoT say I cannot bring my child with me. Insulting and disappointing. The manager was not accommodating at all. This is with holding medical care and discrimination for having my child with me. I will ensure that I tell everyone that I know about this terrible experience.

All the employees have been great except for the doctor. He was late and rushed thru our appts will be going to a different store next time. Portage, Mi doctor is horrible!!!!!!!
I was very disappointed. I have yet to receive my glasses as it was only yesterday I had my examination. So I'll reserve my full opinion until then.
Worst quality and service after sale. We bought 12 pairs of glasses for our family totaling over $1500 and were never told about warranty. One of my pairs broke after only 8 months of use and when I went to have them first fixed, they wanted me to buy a new frame. The associate was curt and outright rude. I told her that that would be the last time I would ever do business with them. She did not seem to care since they already had made a huge profit anyway!!!!
