I have been waiting for almost over a month now for my glasses. They were made wrong the first time I got them, then they broke and were made wrong AGAIN. And I had to have them remade for the third time. Customer service is not the best and I am very disappointed that the eye doctor who is supposed to help me not be completely blind can’t even make my glasses right so that I can see.
These people are a joke. Appointment made. They were 30 minutes late. Purchased eye glass club, 2 pairs of glasses and contacts. Went back to see if my order was there and they have no record of me. Thank goodness I kept receipt. My file under someone else's name. Got glasses and contacts. Comped 2 pairs of contacts. Said I wanted written prescription. Used 2 pair of single lenses and put in new one out of unopened boxes and something was wrong. After looking at what I had received as compared to prescription they were diffe... read more

Just left Americas Best & I had the best experience ever ... from the person that greeted me at the door to the doctor and the lady who cashed me out ! Knowledgeable, patient , efficient with my time & super friendly ! So happy I stopped in today !
