I have gotten nothing but the run around with America's Best. Everytime I call it is a different story. I was given a trial pair to try and hated them. Tried to get a different trial pair I was recommended, but was told needed to see the optometrist for a change. I called to make an appointment and was told I didnt need one, but that the trial pair could be ordered and would be a few days. After a week and a half no call, so I called them to inquire about them. On the phone was asked "well, did we call you"? When I said "no"... read more

The only reason I went to America's Best today was because I had been last January and received excellent professional care and 2 pairs of glasses (one for reading and one for distance). I went in to get progressive lenses today and while I understood that they were short staffed today, the receptionist asked me if I had an appointment and her tone was rude. My exam was excellent and while there was no change in my prescription, I was asked by the lady who helped me if my current glasses "usually sit on your face like that".... read more

This place has very friendly people, take their time to explain thing so you understand, help you with finding the best fit for you! They make sure you leave a 100% satisfied, like I was quoted a price for two pairs of glasses one have transitions and at the end the total was way more but they gave me the quoted price.
Excellent customer care and service! Dr. Harb was very personable, professional, and thorough. Shannon was very knowledgeable, considerate, and helpful. Great service, and everyone in the store was courteous. Did not feel rushed, or delayed. (Appleton, WI location).
My daughter had her 3rd contact class today, we met the new General Manager Jasmine � Words can not express how wonderful she truly is!! Her excitement and enthusiasm helped my (filled with anxiety) child overcome everything!! She is now the proudest contact wearer!! Thank you to the ladies working tonight and especially Jasmine ��
I feel like I got a much better exam there than at Shopko. Free exam, I might add. And two really cute pairs of glasses for under $70. Staff is friendly and professional. You can’t go wrong there!! I’m a fan.
Amazing experience, from the first phone call to book an appointment, to picking up my glasses when they came in! They were friendly, courteous, everything a business should be when dealing with people and providing a service.
