Very reasonable glasses They have great prices all the time on glasses or contacts but several times a year they run specials that inclued free eyue exam and two pair of glasses for like $59.99 or something really cheap. I'm not sure because the prices change. I have been happy with my glasses I got from the and when they examined my son they found that he had some eye problems and referred him to a specialist.
Nice glasses & good deals I've purchased my last 4 pair of glasses here & I am pleased with their service & selections. They always offer great 2 for deals & the staff is very helpful. The eye exam was not expensive & I did not wait long to be seen.
HORRIBLE Service!!!! Don't waste your money. This place is the WORST eye place ever!!!! They are unprofessional, the staff isn't properly trained, the girl at the front desk pops gum while she's talking to you, the doctor stopped my exam to take a call, the manager ignored the back and forth that was going on between me and the girl at the front desk although she was within ear shot. Not Reccommended!!! It is horrible, I waited for a week just to get the wrong glasses. Then we went to go order the right glasses and they still aren't here been waiting for about 3 weeks now.
I don't reccomend wasting time or money here. Although I liked the glasses, and the prices, I was highly unhappy with the customer service(attitudes of employees) when mistakes where made at my expense. I am happy with the remedy, they gave me free upgrades to make up for mistakes. But blamed me, and had serious attidtude when I asked for a refund,. I wa sthen informed I would be charged for the free upgrades if I chose not to take them.
wait can be long I went to America's Best for the "great" deal. I signed up for the free eye exam program they had. Before my membership had expired they were trying to get me to resign up and extend the contract. The customer service is pleasant. My last visit I was called into the back rather quickly, in the back waiting room I had a 30 minute wait to see the doctor. I was then in and out in a matter of a few moments. NOTE: to review below..cont. AND i usually don't complain about people being rude to me. I usually take it in, turn the other cheek and walk away with no hard feelings. BUT this place has seriously gone far with their attitudes. I didn't even do ANYTHING to get an attitude as rude as theirs. You come in and expect nice people who do their job and enjoy it. Worst Experience Ever I had suggested American's Best to my girlfriend because of the prices. It took her contacts OVER A MONTH to arrive. Every other place her and I have been to took an average of five days. We were told several lame excuses for the delay. Then when the contacts arrived, they didn't fit well. Their own optometrist said that those contacts were the worst ones she had ever seen. So they had to be returned. Took ANOTHER TWO WEEKS to get those in. America's Best Buford,Ga I have never been so dissatisfied with service. First of all the great 2 for $99 ended up being $238. When they finally arrived wrong...I kept one pair while the other was sent back to be redone. Long story short after 6 weeks getting 1 pair back still wrong. So after 6 weeks no glasses. Store manager did not want to be bothered. WORST CUST. SVC EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
