Awful experince. Told 3 people I was wanting contact exam, they kept referring to my glasses exam. Seating was unsafe, when I finally went in with Doctor the roller seat almost rolled me straight on the floor. Dr. didnt flinch ,apoligize or help. Didnt have my contacts instock, nor the 3 people in front of me. Its a " chop shop" of inadequate proportions. I was told my contacts would be 7-10 days. The lab messed up my no lines bifocal order! The glasses came to me as single vision with the wrong lenses! You had one and only one job to do that you specialize in!!!
The initial appointment was good but several months later, it got to where I could not see good out of my glasses so I went back and was old there was nothing they could do. I was not wanting free glasses, just a little help to get them so I could use them. Now I am wearing older scratched glasses due to the fact the lady kept saying wait 3 or 4 months and then come in for a check up, I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay $250.00 for glasses that I can't wear.... can someone help me ?. Don't expect help here. Walked in and four people just standing around. Tried to look at some glasses and they just stood there blocking my view and not offering. Get your glasses somewhere else.
This is incredibly good customer service starting from the door . I got for me and two kids glasses and contacts with reasonable prices . They made sure the order was right by having double check . If you looking to have fun while ordering your glasses ,Go to this store.
This,store has great helpful staff . The prices are great . Highly recommend. Mark Gibson the optomotrist was wonderful. Go see these people!
