RecommendedI was there for the first time today I liked their customer service the optometrist was very friendly as well as the staff Also very fast service I was in and out in less then 45 min
This place is horrible took forever just to get my trial contacts at Walmart they have them on site here took over two weeks to get them and a lady on the phone was very rude I would never recommend this awful place!!! Only good thing is the Dr who checked my eyes was very nice but other than that this place and employees are trash 🗑!!!
Dr. Hoang was great as usual - I've had service for both contacts and glasses over the past 2 years with no issues. I love that the doc and staff are never pushy and don't rush me into making decisions. I am a member of the vision club and I take advantage of everything it offers. My husband needed to switch out his glasses last year as they weren't what he was expecting when he ordered, and the transaction was completed with no hassles.
I'm disappointed in the service. It wasn't the worst but we definitely didn't feel valued or welcome. We spent a total of 45 mins waiting on staff to see us or help us. Perhaps they are understaffed or they aren't working well together but the front end staff seem unhappy to be there. We came here for the low prices but will go elsewhere next time. Dr. Hoang was polite and helpful.
I had a great experience today. Yvonne was friendly, professional and efficient.
Didn't send me the brand or quantity that I ordered. Overpriced.
