Very poor customer service. I was in excruciating pain and couldn’t even leave a message for my doctor. Was instructed to go to the ER in a middle of a pandemic. Discharged me from their practice with no notice. 0 star rating. Would not recommend.

I went in tonight for my appointment and new glasses and contacts. I cannot get over how awesome the staff is! Jackie helped me pick my new glasses and took her time to help get me the best deal. I can’t say enough good things about this location or Jackie who deserves a big raise. She really understands what customer service is all about. That was the most fun I’ve ever had at a doctors appointment :)

Awesome! Stopped in just to Check it out...an hour later I walked out with two pair of glasses! When I went to pick them up, my boyfriend asked if the doctor could check his eye (he had something in it) they took him right back and he is now on the mend! Recommending to everyone. You can't beat the prices and the staff and Doctor are great!
Not sure what location others have gone to but...the one in the Exeter/Mt.Penn area, has been the best Optical Chain, I've ever dealt with, bar non! Great service after the sale as well, and the optional 1yr hazard warranty, was just what the Dr. ordered, when I screwed up my lenses after only 2 weeks. No hassles at all. Most recently, they even checked to see if my eye-care plan was listed in their network, as my Wife was getting her glasses ordered. (they were not mentioned under my insurance provider).
