I want to start off by saying this is the worst eye doctor I've encountered in my life. started off with a rushed, inaccurate, "eye exam". they then changed my prescription (that hasn't changed since ever) to a new one that was absolutely wrong. they told me to allow my eyes to adjust. this was a week of headaches and explaining to them they are wrong. If you care about your eyes, STAY AWAY from this place. This company is incompetent. First of all, the accuracy is sub standard. Their delivery time is unacceptable, (Good luck getting them made overseas). Their prices are over inflated and believe me, it's no deal. I bought two pairs; which was over $500. My sunglasses were made overseas and was unable to wear them; because I would get a severe headache within 10 minutes. This company is sub par. When you make an appointment you should be seen at that time. You should not have to wait 20 min to be seen
I love the pricing and service is pretty quick. Have been going to America's Best for several years when I living near one.
I always have a great experience and I get cute new glasses out of it too.
This was the best experience we have ever had getting new glasses. Everyone there was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and very patient. Appointment was on time and we loved the frames. Can't say enough about this company!!!
This particular location in Vernon Hills, IL has the best Dr. in Dr. Sabo! She was totally great with our kids and also was great with my adult exam! I totally recommend Dr. Sabo! (Also the prices were great!!!)
