They do not answer the phone had to make appt online. Eye appointment took less than 5 minutes. It was rushed and Dr Laze seemed annoyed that I was not going her speed. Gave me a coupon for dry eye. Did not get to address all my issues and sent me out the door. Refused to dilate my eyes said I needed to come back for a separate appointment and she would only do it if I was diabetic. Schedule a appointment and waited and no doctor was on staff for the appointment referred to the next location.
I have been going to America's Best for years. Starting in Pinellas Park Fl.and now the Lakeland location. I picked up my new glasses just over a week ago with the new prescription they diagnosed. I tried them on and noticed poorer vision than a prescription from 2022. I told them and they totally Shrugged it off. Not happy at all! Time to go somewhere else and to recommend my friends and family do the same I am a Lion and Mason as well. W Minto
We accidentally scheduled at a diff eye care business, but Valerie was able to get us booked immediately and saved us a huge headache.
