I have worn glasses for over 25 years and I can truly say this is the WORST place I have ever been to for both an eye exam and glasses. First when I was doing my testing, the gentleman doing it kept moving me on from test to test. I asked him, is this covered in the basic eye exam and he said, no these tests are extra. They WILL try to have you do those tests and then hill you at the end. Hughly do NOT recommend. Impatient and rude staff. The doctor cared more about going on her lunch break than helping and examining us. She left the room without giving direction or saying good bye. Long wait (we were seen an hour after our scheduled appointment time, PLUS weren't seen for an hour after THAT for the next step in the process.) Waste of time and money.
Dr never showed for appt. Waited for 1 hour ... How unprofessional....
Wow, amazing staff, top notch service in Burlington NJ. I was told 14 days for my new glasses to arrive, and they arrived in 6 day! My eye sight is not the greatest and in other places I paid well over $300 for one pair... but with America's Best.. I got 2 pairs with all the "bells & whistles" plus an eye exam from a DOCTOR for less ... totally recommend. And I will be returning. Be Blessed.
I knew my eyes were getting really bad. The day after Christmas I just stopped in. Also realized I wasn't insured for visual or glasses. They fit me in right away and about 9 days later through the holiday I have glasses. I had no idea I was missing so much. And I have a backup pair. Excellent treatment by all the staff.
Wonderful experience. Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Doctor was quick, knowledgeable and friendly.
