Customer service was horrible..placed on hold for at least 8-10 minutes each time I called..was told they had a problem with a lens and it was supposed to be rushed..called again and they told me they would call right back.. didn't receive a call back and then when I decided to cancel the manager didn't even try and make it right..now I have to wait for the "check in the mail" crap.. having a bad feeling about this as well..smdh
Came down from Wyoming service was great! Lillie did an excellent job of helping us get glasses that fit our needs. 1/3 the cost of what I have paid in wyoming! Highly recommend!
My husband just had an exam yesterday and it was great! The front staff got all of our insurance copied and ready before he was taken into a room. The exam itself was speedy and from what my husband tells me, thorough. All staff we encountered were knowledgeable and attentive. We got two pairs of glasses and felt fully confident in our choice to trust America's Best for our glasses!
Not only did I save on eyeglasses, everyone that assisted us was helpful,friendly and very polite. Doctor was very professional and did a great jog explaining everything that was going on. It was definitely worth a day trip to get this exam out of the way.
The employees were all super friendly and knowledgeable. We were made to feel very welcome. The price is higher than expected. Disappointed in that aspect.
Today was the second time I got my glasses here . Great visit . I got two more pairs of glasses and new lenses in my Ray Bans . stayed in my price range . large selection of frames to choose from . Awesome staff .
