Just had a teenager go to this location to be told by one of the staff that she couldn’t shop for “men’s” frames. Now, she doesn’t want to go back, and I don’t blame her. Perhaps staff should stick to offering eye care and not dictating which purchase is personally acceptable to them.
It’s pretty sad when a teenage girl comes in for eyeglasses and is told she can’t select a pair of men’s frames. Not only that, but the staff member tried to make her feel like there was something wrong with the way she looked... shame on you!! You definitely just lost this customer!!!

I went to Americas best back in October to get an eye exam, ended up needing glasses so I ordered them the same day. They came in a week later, and for two weeks I was in there at least once a week trying to get my prescriptions correct because they were not helping my sight what so ever. Went to another eye dr due to me having massive migraines almost daily, and the dr today tells me there's barely any prescription on your current glasses and you need a much stronger pair.
