I see a lot of negative remarks on here but I took my son to the Ft Wayne, IN store and have nothing to complain about. We only waited about 5 minutes for his appt. Was treated very well, people were very nice, professional to us. Great price and my son loves his 2 pairs of glasses.
I am very disappointed with the service I received. My son and I both got glasses. On mine I told the lady that I wanted transitional tint. She told me there were 2 options. I told her I wanted the one that would tint through the window. I paid and picked up my glasses. The first sunny day I noticed they were not tinting. So I went back to the store and told the lady at the front desk. She told me that I didn't pay for that option. Place was very clean. I forgot my insurance card and they could not look up my insurance card number because there was someone else waiting. I could have waited also, but turning away a customer that would have scheduled an appointment or done an appointment same day was a better idea. I wont be back.
Loved the proffessionalism. Was in and out in time was treated very well. Glasses came in early and were just as ordered. I was leary on that part and had bad experience with a competitor. So was very pleased with the glasses. I will go there again
