great prices & great service
telling customers to settle for a lower quality exam with fogged up optics is not an acceptable exam at any cost. the resulting improper prescription is something the customer will have to live with for the next 2 to 3 years. if you want full coverage facemadks for the exam, then provide positive cross-flow ventilation at the user interface to prevent fogging.

Made appointment a week ago and told them what insurance I had and asked if they accepted it and was told yes. Got to store for my appointment today and handed them my insurance card, they took information and handed it back. Wasn’t until after the eye exam and I had selected a pair of frames, was I told “oh, there’s a $10 copay on the exam and a $25 copay on the glasses. “ Turns out, they are a “preferred” out of network for my insurance and they failed to inform me of this until after the exam. We received wonderful service over a year ago, when my daughter had her eye exam and chose 2 pairs of glasses for $69.95 ! Just yesterday, I stepped on her glasses and broke the nose piece. When we returned to the store, they graciously fixed her glasses for free! I can't say enough wonderful things about the great and affordable service we have received here!
On Monday, September 18th, @ 3:00pm I came into the store with an African American male. The store was NOT busy, I walked in and there was one customer being helped at the front desk. I was going to pick out frames. There were 4 OTHER employees working. 3 of which, were on the floor NOT HELPING a customer. But made eye contact with us! No one greeted us upon walking in OR out.
