RecommendedI want to thank the office manager and the staff that helped my mom out after her insurance company screwed my mom over. I will be going back to place again. They are very helpful and kind and take there time with you.
This place is a joke and the customer service is terrible. I purchased two pairs of glasses in January and when I went to make a claim they said only one of my glasses had insurance. That makes no sense, why would I only get insurance on one pair and not the other. My sales rep said multiple times that I had insurance on both pairs. It’s a ridiculous scam. Take your business elsewhere. Sonia the manager at this location shows no compassion and has no management skills. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
They had us fill out paperwork and were able to see us same day didn’t take to long very friendly staff excellent eye dr !
Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had Anne Bui OD and Paul Adams OD and both were great. We also had the pleasure of working with Gabriella to chose our frames and she was amazing.

I absolutely love this place! The ladies were helpful and know what customer service means. The Doctor was wonderful, she was knowledgeable and allowed me to tell her my concerns. I was in and out with my glasses in less than an hour. Thank you Rhonda for all your help you went over and beyond for me!
This was the worst optometrist experience we have ever had. They basically told us they were not equipped to fill my sons contact prescription because it was not what they are used to dealing with. Why didn’t they tell us that before his exam and before taking our insurance. My son has been back six times and they still can not get the correct contacts. They even made his eyeglasses that were not the correct prescription. When my son asked if their eye examining machine was clean the doctor said, well I’ve only been using it... read more
Have not received my glasses yet..there is a 7 to 10 day wait. But I did get my eye exam and ordered glasses. The people that work there are extremely helpful, the optometrist was friendly and explained everything to me. I recently had two eye surgeries so I had many questions. The staff never pressured me to buy anything that wasn't in my price range and all of my options were explained. It was totally my decision what I wanted to purchase.
