Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. They lost 2 customers. Don’t schedule appointments 10min apart if you’re going to make people sit and wait for an hour and a half before being seen. Then try to order contacts online and can’t order them because you automatically put your junk brand on the prescription. Tel them the brand we want, “oh sorry the doctor said you have to come in and be fitted for them (mind you after we have been wearing this bran for over 20 years, but keep forcing the junk America’s Best Brand on... read more

Nice service didnt have 2 wait long 4 my appointment staff was helpful and nice i would refer my friend an family
Very friendly employees. On the downside, I waited over an hour and a half (past my appointment time) to see the Dr. My total time being there was 2 hours and 15 minutes. I understand falling behind schedule, but this was unacceptable. I missed a very important class because I never thought I would be at a eye appointment for over 2 hours! If an office is running that far behind. They should have to let their patients know that they can either reschedule or at least let them know there will be a long wait! Yesterday my daughter and I were so pleased with not only the excellent eye exams from such competent occulists and the awesome selection of eyeglass frames, but also with every single person in the facility. From the time we walked through the door and were greeted by the receptionit, then allwed to at our leisure, select frames we loved, then had our eye exams, and returned to the recetion area we were so pleased.
